Dr. Ousama Ismael graduated from Damascus University in Syria. He finished his internal medicine residency at White Memorial Medical Center affiliated with Loma Linda university.  

He is a member of Society of Hospital Medicine and American College of Physicians.  

Dr. Ousama Ismael is a Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and he affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St Bernardin Medical Center, Community of San Bernardino Hospital,  Desert Valley Hospital, Victor Valley Global Medical Center and Providence St. Mary Medical Center. Dr. Ousama Ismael has expertise in treating chronic diabetes, among other conditions –  

As a primary care physician, Dr. Ismael, promotes effective communication with patients and families. He addresses various patient health issues and determine if a specialist is needed for the medical condition.
